Returns & Refunds

8.1 Refunds or exchanges in case of a faulty product

If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a product that is sold and delivered to you by Bldcare Australia Pty Ltd which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, you can do so within seven (7) days of purchasing the product/s. Please notify us by phone or email as soon as possible.

8.2 Refunds for non-faulty products

You can cancel an order for products not processed yet. Goods delivered to you by Bldcare Australia Pty Ltd within seven (7) days can be returned as long as the product is in new unopened condition from the date that the product is received in accordance to the terms of Returns and Exchange Policy. Special order items and non stocked items will attract a restocking fee. Items exposed to weather conditions will not be accepted.

8.3 Restocking and return shipping

For items that a refund is requested due to a change of mind or special order, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total invoice minus the shipping fee. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product/s in original condition back to the offices of Bldcare Australia Pty Ltd before a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 days for all refunds to be processed.

Bldcare Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, please choose a reliable carrier to arrange safe delivery back to our offices.
